All of the information out there on health and wellness can be overwhelming. I thought I would share 3 simple things that I do everyday that all of you can do as well.
1. Get your Omega 3’s. You can do this by consuming 1/4 cup of walnuts or 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed. It’s that easy!!!
2. Drink Green Tea!!! This tea has powerful antioxidants that have been shown to prevent and slow cancer growth, prevent heart disease and even slow aging. I try to drink 3 cups a day. Treat yourself to some tea time for your health.
3. Eat Berries. Blueberries, raspberries and strawberries are antioxidant powerhouses. Add some to your morning cereal, have them as a mid-day snack or sweat treat after dinner.
So there you go! Short, sweet and simple ways to add some healthy habits to your day.
