I am a wife, mother of two children and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor. I am passionate about nutrition and fitness. After several years of eating a plant-based diet, I have many tips and tricks to help you be successful. I live in the “real” world that includes a very real budget.
Being healthy is not a privilege, it is a right. We all have the right to be as healthy as we can be. Healthy examples for our children, spouses, friends and even strangers. I believe that a healthy life is not only attainable but also quite simple and fun if you have the right information.
I am not here to judge you on your health choices, I am your vegan friend, the one you call when you need a meatless Monday meal, your baby has a dairy allergy or when you want to make the healthiest choices at the grocery store. I have to warn you however, that my lifestyle is catching, many of my friends and even my very stubborn husband have now adopted a plant based diet.
I plan to share recipes, meal plans, workout tips and things that inspire me to live a healthy life. Let me be your vegan friend!
